RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order, without having to justify your decision.

Any return made under the right of withdrawal must comply with our Returns Policy.

Damaged, used items, items without their original tags, or items purchased through points of sale other than our official store are not eligible for return under the right of withdrawal.

WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must fill out the form below with your order details.

Once submitted, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your request. This email does not constitute the acceptance or approval of the return; it only confirms the receipt of your withdrawal request.

After receiving your request, we will contact you to arrange the return. We can coordinate the collection of the item at your home, or provide you with the address to which you must send it at your own expense. In both cases, the cost of the return shipping is borne by the customer.

Once the return is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected to verify that it complies with our return conditions. Refunds will only be issued for returns that meet the requirements set out in our Returns Policy.
